Mob Jobs is a 100% Indigenous owned recruiting company in Melbourne, Australia.

They came to me with the intent to design a website with their logo already done by and Indigenous artist in Australia. The goal of this project was to incorporate aspects of Indigenous culture into a modern website for recruiting and training.

They offer a training course for employers and allow job seekers in the Indigenous community to find and retain positions at the companies that are trained in Indigenous diversity.

One of the biggest challenges in this website project was to keep the colors integrated while also not overwhelming the pages with too much yellow or red. The Indigenous culture in Australia use dots for their Aboriginal artwork and we wanted to keep that tradition alive throughout the website as well.
